Viedās administrācijas un reģionālās attīstības ministre Inga Bērziņa (no labās) un 2. vietas ieguvēja nominācijā "Iedzīvotājiem tuvāka Eiropa" biedrības "Radošās idejas" valdes priekšsēdētāja Sanita Putniņa par projektu, kura rezultātā veicināta uzņēmējdarbība Balvu novadā, stiprināta atbalsta sistēma un pieeja moderniem resursiem, radot iespējas vietējai kopienai Finanšu ministrijas augsta līmeņa svinīgajā apbalvošanas ceremonijā "Reģionu zvaigznes 2024" VEF kvartāla kamerzālē "Spīdola".
