Eiropas Komisijas pārstāvniecības Latvijā vadītāja Zane Petre, Rīgas Stradiņa universitātes (RSU) Zinātnes padomes priekšsēdētāja Agrita Kiopa un RSU rektors Aigars Pētersons piedalās Baltijas Biomateriālu ekselences centra jaunās ēkas atklāšanas pasākumā Rīgas Tehniskās universitātes studentu pilsētiņā, kurā zinātnieki pētīs un sintezēs cilvēku rezerves daļas jeb biomateriālus kaulaudu un mīksto audu atjaunošanai, sejas, mutes un žokļa ķirurģijai, ortopēdijai un citām jomām.
