Oldest vaccinated client of social care center is 98 years old
RIGA, Feb 15 (LETA) - As the active vaccination process in social care centers has started, so far 28 clients and three employees have been older than 90 years, and the oldest vaccinated client was 98 years old, according to the National Health Service data.
Also three 96 years old women and one man, four 94 years old women, five 93 years old women, four 92 years old women, five 91 years old women and one man, and two 90 years old women and one man have received Covid-10 jabs.
In the past 24 hours, one person received the first dose of Covid-19 vaccine, and 19 received the second dose of the vaccine, according to the National Health Service.
Vaccination somehow slowed during during weekend. So far, more than 1,800 people have been vaccinated during the most active vaccination day.
In total, 20,861 people in Latvia have received the first Covid-19 vaccine dose, and 16,2020 of them have completed their immunization with a second dose.
