Share capital of three Jurmala municipal companies to be increased by EUR 1.5 million
Riga, Nov 5 (LETA) - The 2024 financing for the increase of the share capital of three Jurmala municipal companies amounts to EUR 1,530,860, according to the amendments to the budget approved by the Jurmala City Council.
The largest sum is earmarked for Jurmalas Udens water utility - EUR 1,332,826. The funds are needed to pay interest on loans.
A total of EUR 174,010 is planned to be invested in the share capital of Jurmalas Gaisma lighting service provider this year. EUR 67,744 are needed for the purchase of vehicles, EUR 81,333 for the dismantling of the building and installation of the hangar, and EUR 24,933 for the construction and design of the dispatcher's office.
Dzintaru Koncertzale concert hall will receive EUR 24,024 - EUR 12,000 for the purchase of vehicles and EUR 12,024 for the purchase of spotlights.
After the amendments, Jurmala municipal revenue for the current year is planned at EUR 114,366,030, and expenditure at EUR 128,982,475.
