RIGA, June 28 (LETA) - Of the 30 new Covid-19 cases confirmed in Latvia over the past 24 hours, more than 60 percent have been recorded in Riga, according to the data released by the Center for Disease Prevention and Control.

The 19 new Covid-19 cases registered in Riga brought the Latvian capital city's cumulative 14-day number of Covid-19 cases to 401.

Other municipalities did not report a significant number of new Covid-19 cases. The cumulative two-week number has reached 84 cases in Daugavpils, 33 cases in Jelgava and 30 cases in Daugavpils region.

Latvia's cumulative 14-day number of Covid-19 cases per 100,000 population dropped to 60.
