Invego to invest over EUR 50 million in new residential project in Marupe
RIGA, April 15 (LETA) - Estonian real estate developer Invego will invest over EUR 50 million to develop a new village, Marupes Sirds, LETA was told at the company.
The first construction stage of the residential project, which will be developed on a 12 hectares large territory, will include 50 townhouses, which will be completed in the first half of 2027.
The first stage of the Marupes Sirds project provides for building townhouses with terraces and private gardens. The area will include a variety of sports and recreation areas, playgrounds for children and a kindergarten.
The project was designed by architect Uldis Berzins from the architectural firm Tectum.
The projects developed by Invego in Latvia include Vitolu Parks, Parka Kvartals and Skanstes Rezidences, as well as townhome village Vide Adazi.
Invego is one of the largest real estate developers in Estonia. The company is currently implementing around 30 development projects. In recent years, the company has built housing for more than 1,300 families and more than 50,000 square meters of commercial space in and around Tallinn. In 2024, Invego also opened Silves Hills, a 65-hectare residential development with 154 villas in Portugal.
