RIGA, June 5 (LETA) - Estonian real estate developer Estera Development and Salaspils Region Council have signed an agreement on construction and development of a new residential neighborhood Holme in Salaspils, where the developer will invest more than EUR 95 million, as the developer informed LETA.

In total, 16 new buildings will be constructed between Zvaigznu Street and Meness Street.

Next to the buildings there will be landscaped and green courtyards, with shared playgrounds and sports grounds and special areas for outdoor activities and recreation.

The new houses will have one to four bedroom apartments with different, functional layouts, panoramic windows, terraces and balconies. The buildings will be constructed to Class A energy efficiency standards, with a heat recovery ventilation system. All apartments will also be soundproofed and equipped with smart home solutions.

Salaspils Region Council Chairman Raivis Anspaks points out that implementation of the new project will ensure not only creation of new and modern residential housing suitable for young families, but also further development of the town and creation of new investments.

Estera Development's share capital is EUR 1,011,937. In 2023, the company operated with a loss of EUR 349,208.

Estera Development has been operating in Latvia since 2016 and has built 500 apartments during this time. The company has developed such residential projects in Riga as Tekstiliana in Tornakalns, Tuvidi in Balozi and Liepziedi in Milgravis. Recently, the company commenced a new residential project in the center of Riga - Terbatas Darzs.
