Riga City Council supports opening 158 polling stations for Riga City Council elections

Riga, Nov 20 (LETA) - The Riga City Council today approved the establishment of 158 polling stations for the Riga City Council elections.
Local elections in Latvia will be held next year on the first Saturday of June.
More polling stations will be opened in shopping centers in Riga.
The number of polling stations will remain the same compared to this year's European Parliament elections, but the location of some polling stations will change.
For example, several polling stations will be located in shopping centers - Olimpija, Dole, Akropole Riga, Stockmann, Ozols and Akropole Alfa.
It will also be possible to vote in the shopping centers Mols, Galleria Riga, Origo, Domina Shopping, Sky & More, where polling stations were also located during the European Parliament elections.
