Februāra beigās Vecmīlgrāvī noziedznieku grupa par ķīlnieku bija sagrābusi kādu jaunu vīrieti nolūkā izspiest 30 000 eiro, taču Valsts policijas (VP) darbinieki pēc iespaidīgas operācijas ķīlnieku atbrīvojuši.
