Nekustamā īpašuma attīstītāju alianses projektu vadītāja Laura Bluša (no kreisās), Rīgas domes (RD) Pilsētas attīstības komitejas priekšsēdētāja Inese Andersone, RD priekšsēdētājs Vilnis Ķirsis un Rīgas pašvaldības Pilsētas attīstības departamenta direktore Ilze Purmale piedalās preses konferencē, kurā informē par jauno saistošo noteikumu projektu "Par sadarbību Rīgas valstspilsētas pašvaldības publiskās infrastruktūras attīstībā", kas paredz kompensācijas uzņēmējiem, kuri vienlaikus ar daudzīvokļu namu būvniecību veiks arī publiskās infrastruktūras - ielu un lietus ūdens kanalizācijas - izbūvi.
