Starptautiskās basketbola federācijas (FIBA) Eiropas nodaļas vadītājs Horhe Garbahosa piedalās tēlnieka Gļeba Panteļejeva veidotā pieminekļa vienam no Latvijas basketbola tradīciju iedibinātājiem, pirmā Eiropas basketbola čempionāta uzvarētājas "Sapņu komandas 1935" trenerim Valdemāram Baumanim atklāšanā rekonstruētajā sporta nama "Daugava" priekšlaukumā.
