Zvērināts advokāts Viktors Tihonovs (no kreisās), Rīgas domes priekšsēdētāja vietnieks Edvards Ratnieks un Latvijas Olimpiskās komitejas prezidents Raimonds Lazdiņš tikšanās laikā, lai rastu risinājumu Ministru kabineta noteikumu "Publiskas personas zemes nomas un apbūves tiesības noteikumi" grozījumiem, kas, atsaucoties uz nesen noteikto zemes tirgus vērtību, "Rimi" Olimpiskā centra zemes nomas maksu palielina par 1210%.
