Bērnu un jauniešu basketbola skolas "Rīga" direktors Guntis Šēnhofs (no kreisās), Latvijas Basketbola savienības prezidents Raimonds Vējonis, Rīgas domes priekšsēdētājs Vilnis Ķirsis, Starptautiskās basketbola federācijas (FIBA) Eiropas nodaļas vadītājs Horhe Garbahosa un Latvijas Basketbola savienības ģenerālsekretārs Kaspars Cipruss piedalās tēlnieka Gļeba Panteļejeva veidotā pieminekļa vienam no Latvijas basketbola tradīciju iedibinātājiem, pirmā Eiropas basketbola čempionāta uzvarētājas "Sapņu komandas 1935" trenerim Valdemāram Baumanim atklāšanā rekonstruētajā sporta nama "Daugava" priekšlaukumā.
