NATO sabiedroto transformācijas pavēlniecības eksperts un projektu vadītājs Vorens Lovs (Warren Low) (no labās), mobilo sakaru operatoru "Latvijas mobilais telefons" prezidents Juris Binde, Ministru prezidente Evika Siliņa, Igaunijas Ministru prezidents Kristens Mihals, aizsardzības ministrs Andris Sprūds un NATO spēku štāba SACT štāba palīgs ģenerālmajors Heiretins Koca (Hayrettin Koca) piedalās jaunā aizsardzības tehnoloģiju izpētes un izmēģinājumu eksperimenta - "Digitālā mugurkaula eksperiments" demonstrācijas pasākumā militārajā bāzē "Ādaži".
