Izglītības un zinātnes ministrijas Sporta departamenta vadītājs Aleksandrs Samoilovs piedalās Latvijas jauniešu olimpiskās delegācijas prezentācijas pasākumā, kurā nosauc Latvijas jauniešu delegācijas karognesējus, kas pārstāvēs Latviju Eiropas Jauniešu Olimpiskajā festivālā Skopjē, Ziemeļmaķedonijā no 20. līdz 27. jūlijam.
