Rīgas domes Ārtelpas un mobilitātes departamenta Satiksmes infrastruktūras pārvaldes vadītājs Andrejs Urtāns piedalās līdzdalības budžeta konkursa projekta "Skeitparku kultūras telpa" atklāšanas pasākumā Mežaparka apkaimē, kura mērķis ir izveidot fizisku telpu jauniešiem "Izdari pats" (DIY) urbāno sportu kustības ietvaros, kas palīdz realizēt idejas pašu spēkiem, iesaistoties pilsētvides attīstībā.
