Rīgas domes priekšsēdētājs Vilnis Ķirsis (no kreisās), Latvijas Okupācijas muzeja direktore Solvita Vība, arhitekti Raimonds Saulītis un Andris Kronbergs piedalās pasākumā, kura laikā tiek parakstīts memorands par sadarbību nacionālās pretošanās kustībai veltītā pieminekļa "Svešo varai spītējot" izveidē, uzstādīšanā un pieminekļa teritorijas labiekārtošanā.
