Valsts zinātniskā institūta "BIOR" zivju audzētavā audzētie lašu un taimiņu mazuļi tiek ielaisti Daugavā netālu no Ziemeļu mola bākas pēc AS "Latvenergo" pasūtījuma, tādējādi kompensējot zivju resursiem nodarīto kaitējumu no pašu darbības.
