SIA "BM-projekts" valdes loceklis Mārtiņš Blumentals piedalās pasākumā, kurā vēsturiskās Rīgas Zooloģiskā dārza pērtiķu mājas atslēgas tiek nodotas būvniekiem, lai sāktu ēkas demontāžu un pārbūvi par plašu un daudzfunkcionālu vides izglītības centru.
