Festivālam veltītās preses konferences laikā pie Vācijas uzņēmuma "Schmid" dāvinātās festivāla "Latviabeerfest" alus mucas, kas simbolizē oficiālu nokļūšanu Eiropas Alus festivālu kartē, tiek piestiprinātas goda plāksnītes iepriekšējo gadu alus mucu pildītājiem - AS "Aldaris" un SIA "Brenguļu alus"
