EU Money Review
(This review was produced from 2020 to 2022)
During the planning period for the European Union’s funds from 2014 to 2020, Latvia had the opportunity to invest EUR 4.4 billion into fostering the country’s economic growth.
In order make it easier for businessmen to apply for EU funds, Latvian information agency LETA for two years issued monthly publication "ES nauda" (EU Money), with the following features:
- Descriptions of the programs of EU funds, opportunity to learn about the latest EU funds programs that projects could apply for – all in one place
- Information about other financial instruments available to businessmen
- Experts’ opinions and advice about using EU funds
- Businessmen’s experiences regarding utilization of EU funds
- Compilations and explanations of all information businessmen may need regarding the absorption of EU funds
- A user-friendly calendar of events concerning utilization of EU funds, for instance, seminars, discussions, etc.
The review was issued on a monthly basis, in Latvian.
